Koh Mui Han

Mr. Mui Han is the Principal Consultant for ChangeDynamics Consulting and has 16 extensive years of experience in leading diverse consulting and training assignments across different industries. Mr. Mui Han leads consulting assignments in the areas of Strategy Development & Executing, Change Management and Emotional Intelligence.

He was previously with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Advisory Services Malaysia prior to this, implementing different aspect of organizational development projects for various clients.  Mr. Mui Han founded Primed For Success, a volunteer movement by seasoned corporate Malaysians as mentors, with a mission is to empower young Malaysian graduates to excel in their careers by providing them with the necessary tools, guidance, and support.

Primed For Success mentors envision a future where every young Malaysian professional has the opportunity to thrive in the corporate world, armed with the skills, knowledge, and connections to reach their full potential.

Dato’ Shahira Ahmed Bazari

Dato’ Shahira Ahmed Bazari rejoined Khazanah Nasional Berhad, Malaysia’s sovereign wealth fund, in July 2024, following her tenure as the founding Managing Director of Yayasan Hasanah from 2015 to 2024. Previously, she was with Khazanah from 2006 to 2015, where her last role was as Director in the Managing Director’s Office, overseeing Strategic Communications and Corporate Responsibility.

Dato’ Shahira brings over 25 years of expertise as a strategic advisor in sustainability and ESG, venture philanthropy, social financing, stakeholder engagement, public-private partnerships, and strategic communications. She holds trustee and board positions in various Malaysian organisations and contributes to global philanthropic networks and national councils.

Dato’ Shahira holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from the International Islamic University Malaysia and a Master of Arts in Public Communication from American University, Washington D.C.

Anthony Raja Devadoss

Mr. Anthony Raja Devadoss is the Country Managing Director of Korn Ferry Malaysia and leads the Board & CEO Practice, supporting the Organization & Talent Strategy practices while serving as part of the Global Technology Markets team for the region. With over 25 years of experience in Board & CEO advisory, HR transformation consulting, talent acquisition, and leadership development, he has worked across industries such as Digital Technology, Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Telecommunications.

He has led numerous board and leadership search assignments, end-to-end talent acquisition, and transformation projects across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas for major conglomerates, multinational corporations, and government-linked organizations in both public and private sectors.

A strong advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Anthony champions initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and social impact. He is committed to creating equitable workplaces and empowering underrepresented communities through his leadership and advocacy.

Mr. Anthony currently serves as Chair of GBS Malaysia (Digital Global Business Services Council Malaysia), Treasurer of PIKOM, and Chair of PIKOM Academy and WCIT2022 Program & Speaker. He is also a Research Fellow at the National Human Resource Centre, HRD Corp Malaysia. Academically, he holds an MBA from Maharishi International University (US), a Bachelor of Science from Loyola College (India), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computing from De Montfort University (UK). He is a SHRM® Senior Certified Professional, HRCI® Senior Professional (SPHRi®), and a graduate of the Global Leadership Program at INSEAD Business School, Singapore.

Ellisha Othman

Ms. Ellisha is a Clinical Psychologist and Managing Director of Thrive Well, a trauma-informed community mental health social enterprise. Formerly in corporate finance, she transitioned to psychology and led the development of a community mental health framework at SOLS Health (2015-2020) with the support of SOLS 24/7 Foundation, targeting low-income, neurodivergent, indigenous populations, domestic violence survivors, and refugees.

At Thrive Well, Ms. Ellisha oversees the strategic direction and operations, leading the organization to provide sustainable and accessible trauma-informed mental health services, including research, advocacy, consulting, community development, and clinical services. She has collaborated with various organizations on workplace wellbeing strategies to transform organizational culture and advocate for employee wellness.

As a clinical supervisor at local and international universities, she integrates trauma-informed approaches in training junior clinicians. Trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Adlerian Psychology, she specializes in child, adolescent, and adult mental health, focusing on trauma intervention and workplace wellness programs.

A strong advocate for her profession, Ms. Ellisha served as Honorary Treasurer of the Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology (2017-2019) and is currently Vice-President of the National Alliance of Mental Health. She advises universities on trauma-informed mental health curriculum and practices.

Dr Nurul Huda Abdul Manaf

Dr. Nurul Huda holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business and Management from Nottingham University Business School, University of Nottingham Malaysia, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

She has extensive experience in policy formulation, administration, and leadership within the Malaysian public sector and is currently serving as a Senior Assistant Director at the Policy and Strategic Planning Division, Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development (KPWKM).

Throughout her service, Dr. Nurul has been actively involved in implementing public sector development and performance programmes. She currently plays a key role in formulating policies, strategies, and international reporting related to women’s empowerment and gender equality.

Ir. Ts. Dr. Wan Noor Azhar Bin Wan Sulaiman

Ir. Ts. Dr. Wan Noor Azhar holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and a Master of Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). He began his career in an engineering consultancy firm, gaining experience in structural design, analysis, and infrastructure development before joining the public sector. In government service, he has been involved in the development of digital education resources as well as education development planning.

He further expanded his academic expertise by pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy at Universiti Malaya (UM), focusing on interface design for learning material technologies. His research has been published in WoS-indexed journals, and he also serves as a reviewer for WoS-indexed journal articles.

At the Ministry of Education, he has been actively engaged in education development planning, including educational infrastructure projects and vertical school initiatives. He is currently responsible for coordinating education development planning under Malaysia’s Five-Year Development Plan, particularly the 13th Malaysia Plan (RMKe-13) for the Ministry of Education.

Ridhima Khanduja

Before founding ImpactPlus, Ms. Ridhima was the CEO/Partner leading Kincentric (a Spencer Stuart company) as the Country Head for Malaysia. She joined Kincentric through the strategic acquisition of Aon by Spencer Stuart, having previously spent over eight years at Aon, working across multiple geographies, including Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Before Aon, she held roles at PwC, ECS Limited, and HCL Technologies in India.

With extensive expertise in people strategies, she has helped organizations achieve business outcomes through interventions in employee engagement, organizational culture, capability framework design, and HR effectiveness. As a recognized Subject Matter Expert in competency design, she contributed to Kincentric’s unique approach to aligning the science and art of competencies. She has supported clients across industries—including Financial Services, Telecom, and Manufacturing—in defining behavioral and technical capability frameworks to enhance talent management.

She is a certified facilitator in multiple psychometric and cognitive assessment tools, including ADEPT (Aon’s proprietary tool), MBTI, Facet 5, LPA, and IRIS. Leveraging these tools, she has assessed and coached over 500 managers across various levels and industries, tailoring competency-based, personality-driven, and cognitive-focused approaches to meet client needs.

Mohd Hafiz Bin Abas

En. Hafiz holds a Bachelor of Science (Biology) and, despite his scientific background, has developed a strong foundation in organizational management. With 16 years of experience in the public service sector, he specializes in management, particularly in financial and procurement affairs, and is well-versed in various aspects of internal administration that ensure the smooth operation of departments and ministries.

He has actively served as Project and Program Leader for numerous initiatives at departmental, ministerial, and national levels. His leadership is evident in the successful delivery of strategic and high-impact projects that have contributed significantly to organizational effectiveness and service excellence.

He also plays a pivotal role in workplace culture transformation, having served as the lead panel member for the development of the Ministry of Health Malaysia’s EKSA (Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem) Guidelines. As an EKSA Champion, he brings extensive experience in providing advisory support and driving workplace culture transformation initiatives across various organizational levels, particularly within the Ministry of Health.

Dato’ ‘Aliyah Karen

Dato’ ‘Aliyah is the Group CEO of a leading medical facility, where she applies her expertise in corporate restructuring. A distinguished entrepreneur and pioneer in sustainability reporting, she holds the copyright to this critical aspect of transparency and accountability.

She holds a Doctorate in Management and an MBA majoring in Human Resources Management, and is a qualified trainer certified by both the US and HRDF Malaysia. Her core expertise includes SWOT analysis, people management, and essential leadership and development skills.

Over the years, Dato’ ‘Aliyah has established five successful entities, including two foundations, showcasing her exceptional entrepreneurial and multitasking abilities. Her career spans healthcare, training, leadership, capacity building, education, PR, branding, and entrepreneurship.

Beyond her corporate achievements, she is an Adjunct Professor at UNITAR International University, an Associate Fellow at Universiti Utara Malaysia, and a Community of Practitioner for Universiti Putra Malaysia. Passionate about humanitarian work, diversity, women’s entrepreneurship, and youth empowerment, Dato’ ‘Aliyah continues to inspire and drive positive societal change through her leadership and advocacy.

Janice Lim

Ms. Janice is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in strategy and transformation within the technology sector. She began her career as an internal auditor in a financial institution and went on to hold leadership roles across diverse organizations, including listed companies, startups, multinational corporations, and government agencies.

As an independent consultant, Ms. Janice continues to contribute her expertise in digital economy development. During her decade-long tenure at MDEC, she developed impactful policies and programs that spurred the growth of Malaysia’s digital sectors. She also led planning for three Malaysian rolling plans and spearheaded key initiatives in e-commerce and the start-up ecosystem.

Her previous roles include driving ecosystem development for the digital content industry at MDEC, managing cross-border commercial activities at Lenovo Malaysia, and leading corporate planning, business development, and procurement functions at HeiTech Padu Berhad, GO2020.com, and Microsoft Malaysia.

Ms. Janice is a certified chartered accountant (ACCA, UK) and holds an MBA in International Business from the University of East London, UK. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at UNITAR International University, focusing on leadership’s impact on social sustainability. A passionate advocate for gender parity, she volunteers with the 30% Club Malaysia and lectures part-time to nurture future talent.

Thavaselvan A/L Superamaniam

Mr. Thavaselvan is a Senior Assistant Director at the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Selangor. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). He began his career with DOSH in 2009 and has since served at DOSH Headquarters, DOSH Johor, and DOSH Selangor.

Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in various initiatives related to chemical management in Malaysia, notably as a drafting committee member for the CLASS Regulations 2013, the upcoming USECHH Regulations 202X, and the Safety and Health Committee (SHC) Regulations 202X.

In 2012, he was appointed as a National Chemical Weapons Inspector by the Minister of Foreign Affairs. At DOSH Johor and DOSH Selangor, Mr. Thavaselvan was also responsible for overseeing the statutory inspection of machinery.

Eyani Saffina binti Jamil

Ms. Eyani Saffina binti Jamil holds a Master of Social Science (Communication Management) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and a Bachelor of Human Resource Management with Honours from Universiti Utara Malaysia.

She has nearly 20 years of experience in formulating national policies and strategies across various fields, including rural infrastructure development at the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development, and plantation commodity industry development at the Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities.

In addition, she has experience in public governance and government service procurement during her tenure in a management portfolio at the National Anti-Drug Agency (AADK). Currently, she leads the implementation of policies and strategic initiatives at the Digital Acculturation Division, Ministry of Digital, with a focus on policy development, program implementation, and digital talent empowerment to meet future needs.

Hirman Bin Awang

Mr. Hirman Awang pursued his tertiary education at the University of Malaya, majoring in Business Administration. He began his career in the private sector before joining the University of Malaya in 2003 as an Assistant Registrar.

With over two decades of experience in higher education, he has built strong expertise in student development, leadership, entrepreneurship, and corporate communications. His notable achievements include introducing the student-led UM Campus Election in 2018 and rebranding the university’s orientation program into UM Week of Welcome (UM-WOW).

Throughout his tenure, Mr. Hirman has held several strategic roles at the University of Malaya, such as Head of Corporate Communications and Head of the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Value Creation & Enterprise). Currently, he serves as Director of the Student Affairs Division at the Department of Higher Education, where his commitment to student empowerment contributed to the landmark amendment of AUKU 2024, strengthening student representation and participation in governance.

In addition, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Yayasan Perkasa Siswa (YPS), a Trustee of Yayasan Sukarelawan Siswa (YSS), and a Board Member of UNIMAP Holdings.

Khadijah Abdul Hamid

Pn. Khadijah holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons.) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and a Master of Islamic Finance from the International Centre for Education in Islamic Finance (INCEIF).

She began her career at ExxonMobil Malaysia, where she gained valuable experience in procurement services before transitioning to the public sector. In government service, she has been actively involved in public finance, including fiscal policy, public-private partnership (PPP) projects, and macroeconomic planning.

Lau Kean Cheong

Mr Lau, Group Chief Executive Officer cum Executive Director at Inari Amertron Berhad – the largest listed technology company in Malaysia of more than RM10 Billion market capitalization – has had more than 30 years of working experience in the outsourced semiconductor assembly & test (“OSAT”) industry. His broad experience consists also of leading OSAT operations, that include primary responsibilities in top and bottom line performance as well as managing key customer relationships.

He graduated from University of Warwick, United Kingdom with a Master in Science (MSc) in Information Technology for Manufacture and a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from Tunku Abdul Rahman College, Kuala Lumpur.
