How to Participate

Step 1: Create an account

Register your user account with an office email address. Get started on your submissions via your user profile.

Step 2: Fill in your application

Users are encouraged to include comprehensive supporting information while completing the online submission consisting of 10 sections. You can save your progress and revisit your answers any time before the deadline.

Step 3: Submit your application

Review and submit your online submissions along with the relevant supporting documentation and information.
