Lau Kean Cheong

Mr Lau, Group Chief Executive Officer cum Executive Director at Inari Amertron Berhad – the largest listed technology company in Malaysia of more than RM10 Billion market capitalization – has had more than 30 years of working experience in the outsourced semiconductor assembly & test (“OSAT”) industry. His broad experience consists also of leading OSAT operations, that include primary responsibilities in top and bottom line performance as well as managing key customer relationships.

He graduated from University of Warwick, United Kingdom with a Master in Science (MSc) in Information Technology for Manufacture and a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from Tunku Abdul Rahman College, Kuala Lumpur.

As a person, Mr Lau is someone who is dedicated to driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and addressing the challenges faced in the Semiconductor industry. He also actively participates in strategic discussions, leveraging his expertise to provide valuable insights that guide the association’s initiatives.

Ts. Kevin Teoh

Ts. Kevin Teoh is the co-founder and Group Managing Director of the Dviation Group of Companies. Mr Kevin, a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer by profession, established Dviation in 2012 with his business partner, Mr Ganesh, and today, the Dviation Group has expanded its portfolio of services to cover end-to-end asset lifecycle solutions with operations spanning from Asia to Europe. Since then, Dviation was awarded Best Youth Exporter by MATRADE in 2018, and, a year later, The Star Outstanding Business Awards for Best Global Markets.

Mr Kevin holds both the EASA and CAAM B1/B2 Aircraft Maintenance Licenses, and on top of that, is an alumni of HELP University’s SME Leadership Program as well as a Professional Technologist certified by the Malaysian Board of Technologist (MBOT).

He firmly believes that investing in Human Capital Development is the key success factor for organisations to thrive sustainably. Having worked in the industry for over 20 years and helming a variety of leadership roles, he postulates that the “Soft Skills of the Past are the Hard skills of the Future”.  It is because of this driving belief that Mr Kevin is a strong advocate for blended skills-based training and consistent succession planning so that the next generation can have the necessary skills and expertise in place to support the nation’s growth.

Aside from this, Mr Kevin currently serves as Chairperson on the Human Capital Technical Sub-Committee on behalf of Malaysia Aerospace Industry Association (MAIA) and is also the Chairperson of TalentCorp’s Future Skills Talent Council for the aerospace sector.

Anthony Raja Devadoss

Mr Anthony – Country Managing Director of Korn Ferry Malaysia and leads the Executive Search business in Malaysia, supporting the rest of the practices and part of the Global Technology Markets team for the region – brings over 25 years of experience in cross spectrum of Board & Executive Search, HR Business Transformation Consulting, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Leadership Talent Development and Assessment within the region and globally spanning across industries. His expertise lies in Digital Technology, Energy, Financial, Healthcare and Business/Professional Services & Telecommunications.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Maharishi International University, US; Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Loyola College, India; and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computing from De Montfort University, UK. Additionally, he is a SHRM® Senior Certified Professional and HRCI® Senior Professional in Human Resource Management International SPHRi®.

The depth of experience he possess involves having managed board & leadership search assignments, end-to-end talent acquisition, talent development and transition projects across Asia Pacific, EMEA and Americas. This comprises of organisations in growth and transformation stages with local large conglomerates, multinational firms and government investment organisations in public and private sectors.

Farah Adura binti Hamidi

Ms Farah is the Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development,

With over 30 years of experience in public service, Ms. Farah has held several key roles across ministries and departments, including the Prime Minister’s Department where she served at the Cabinet, Constitution and Inter Governmental Department; the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office as Special Task Officer; the National Centre for Governance, Integrity and Anti-Corruption as the Deputy Director General; the Department of Immigration as the Director of Foreign Workers; and the State Secretary Office of Perak as the Assistant Director.

Koay Tze Siang

Mr Koay, Managing Director of Dell Technologies Malaysia, leads the Dell Digital Infrastructure Operations globally and is also the head of Dell Digital Malaysia, responsible for the IT growth and development in Malaysia. As the Managing Director, he oversees country level operations and development.

He graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Computer Science at University Putra Malaysia.

Mr Koay has over 20 years of IT experience across enterprise application and infrastructure management in both internal IT and outsourcing services industry. He is very passionate in driving Digital transformation as well as developing the digital workforce for the future with new technologies adoption; and a strong advocate in cultivating an innovative culture within the workplace.

Under his leadership, Dell Digital Malaysia has been given numerous awards, including the Best Operational Excellence in Information Technology, Best Automation Organization of the Year, and the Best Transformation Leader in Information Technology in 2022 from PIKOM; Overall Corporate Achievement Award and GBS Excellence Award in 2021; and Best Digital Global Business Services Provider in 2019.

Izzana Salleh

Ms Izzana Salleh – Co-Founder and Global President of Girls For Girls (G4G), an esteemed global Not-For-Profit organisation – spearheads a movement empowering young women to embrace their fullest leadership potential. She is also the CEO of RISE Human Capital, driving social and behavioural transformation through innovative policy interventions.

She holds a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Imperial College Business School, London, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Biotechnology from California State University Pomona.

Ms Izzana is a seasoned professional with diverse expertise in management, start-ups, public policy and international NGOs. Under her leadership, G4G, with various initiatives active in 33 countries, has empowered over 16,500 women, nurturing courage, skills and networks crucial for success.

Her impactful contributions have extended to past board roles in government agencies focused on talent development, such as TalentCorp, and the digital economy – Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). Additionally, she has lent her expertise as a member of the investment panel for Malaysia’s Social Security Organisation (SOCSO).

With her wealth of experience and a passion for driving positive change, she is committed to empowering individuals and communities worldwide.

Datuk Dr. Chiam Heng Keng

Datuk Chiam, formerly a Professor of Social Psychology at University of Malaya (UM), is esteemed nationally and globally for her work in early childhood care and education (ECCE) in Malaysia. Her focus on adolescents’ development and juvenile delinquency shifted to ECCE when her researches identified that the root of adolescents’ problems resided in the early years and the gap in development between young children from advantaged and vulnerable families widened with age.

Her research spans over a wide area, ranging from early childhood care & education, adolescence, child development, gifted education to human rights. She has authored and co-authored books, written articles in academic journals and was also a Columnist for The Star for 10 years.

Datuk Chiam has pioneered several ECCE initiatives, notably establishing UM’s pioneering Bachelor and Master programmes in ECCE; and being the founder of the ECCE Council Malaysia and the Association for Professional Early Childhood Educators, Malaysia (MAPECE). She was instrumental in setting professional standards for early childhood programmes and advocated for a Diploma in ECCE as the minimum qualification for Malaysian educators. Additionally, she served as a Human Rights Commissioner for five terms and was Malaysia’s inaugural Representative (for Children) to the ASEAN Commission on the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Women and Children.

Her outstanding contributions to education, ECCE, and human rights have earned her numerous prestigious awards.

Czarif Chai Abdullah

Mr Chai, Senior Director of Business Services Division at SME Corp. Malaysia, has been with SME Corp since 2006 and is directly involved in diverse financial and technological support development programmes for Malaysian SMEs from various levels. His responsibility also involves the implementation of development programmes for SMEs across all related Ministries and agencies. His role centres around coordinating, streamlining, monitoring and evaluating the progress and effectiveness of these programmes.

He graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Putra Malaysia, specialising in Corporate Governance that associated with MAICSA Graduateship (The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators), and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from the same university.

Outside of work, Mr Chai was the winner of the Chairman’s Award, which led to his successful admittance into the Leading Change and Organizational Renewal Program (LCOR) at Stanford Business School in 2013. Not only that, he was also awarded the Best Business Counsellor and Best Business Counsellor Trainer by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). 

Hetal Doshi

Ms Hetal Doshi – CEO of O Psych Sdn Bhd, Organizational Psychologist and Certified Professional Coach – has been in practise for over 20 years and is the driving force behind the Well-being@Work (W@W) Movement©, a national initiative that unites ministries, associations, universities, and organisations to establish a unified and validated measure for well-being in workplaces.

Ms Hetal has integrated her data-driven and evidence-based “Butterfly Effect” approach to foster a workplace culture where every individual thrives. Her commitment to making work meaningful is reflected in her favourite quote: “Those who don’t believe in magic, will never find it.”

Beyond her professional achievements, she is also an Adjunct Professor at three universities, recognised for her academic contributions and innovative methodologies. She balances her career with a passion for adventure, including mountain climbing in Nepal, diving, and artistic pursuits, such as painting. Additionally, she has been featured in prominent magazines such as International Business Review Magazine, SME Asia Magazine, and Smart Investor Magazine.

Datuk Prof. Dr. Azlinda binti Azman

Datuk Professor Dr. Azlinda is the Director General of Higher Education for the Ministry of Higher Education.

She has had much experience in higher education, including 18 years in Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang, as a lecturer before being seconded to the Ministry of Higher Education.

Her passion for education extends even into the field of social work education and practice, where she is a well-known figure both nationally and internationally.

Ramona Mohd Razali

Ms Ramona, Deputy Secretary General (Strategic), is involved with the development of the policy framework, strategic, and action plan for youth empowerment and sports promotion in the quest for Malaysia to be a sporting nation.

She has had more than 28 years in the civil service, where for most part of her career has been in policy formulation, governance and diplomacy / international relations. Her experiences include having worked in the Public Service Department; Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development; and the Ministry of Higher Education.

Prof. Dato’ Dr Andrew Mohanraj Chandrasekaran

Prof. Dato Dr. Andrew is a Consultant Psychiatrist & Mental Health Development Advisor, and President of Malaysian Mental Health Association.

Additionally, he is a member of the Mental Health Advisory Council to the Malaysian Minister of Health, and Academic Professor and Director of Impact Lab on Mental Wellbeing at Taylor’s University Malaysia.
